We started Booked because the outsourced sales development market was broken. Pay per appointment shops chase raw volume and flood your calendar with meetings that never show. Flat fee agencies bill the same retainer whether they book one meeting or fifty, with no real accountability for results. Who we are

Inside that retainer sits a guaranteed qualified meeting floor, a contractual minimum number of qualified meetings written into every agreement. Above the floor, we only earn when we book. That means the more outbound works, the lower your effective cost per qualified meeting, and the more incentive we have to keep performing.

This is fundamentally different from the two common alternatives. Pay per appointment shops are paid for quantity, so they optimise for booked slots rather than real opportunities, which is why their show rates collapse. Flat fee agencies are paid regardless of output, so there is little pressure to deliver.
